Can you quote without plans?

To create an accurate quote, we require architects’ plans. We cannot create an accurate quote without plans. PC SUMS can be given, but these are not always accurate and could fluctuate depending on the work required from accurately drawn up plans.

First step would be to contact an architect to discuss your requirements and create plans. Once the plans have been created, we can put together an accurate quote and timeline to bring your vision to life. We can recommend architects and designers.

No, we work collaboratively with a select specialist group of sub-contractors. We liaise with all trades required for the project and book accordingly. A planner is created, and we manage the project. All the hassle is taken away from the client.

We take health and safety very seriously. A construction Phase plans and RAMS are created for all our projects. We use a health and safety system called SiteDocs to ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to.  All our trusted sub-contractors are PQQ vetted before stepping foot on any of our projects.
