Contemporary Home Extension
Project Overview
A complete transformation delivered as principal contractor, managing every stage from site preparation through to final handover. The project combined significant structural alterations, a bespoke rear extension and high-specification finishes, all completed safely, efficiently and on programme.
Work Delivered
From demolition and groundworks to structural steelwork, bespoke glazing, air conditioning, electrical installation and internal fit-out, every aspect was carefully coordinated. The build also included custom joinery, feature cedar cladding, LVT flooring, staircase alterations and complete project management under CDM regulations.
The team made the entire process completely stress-free from start to finish. The quality of work across every detail is outstanding, and they delivered a high-spec, modern space that exceeded our expectations.
