Modernising a Derelict Commercial Space
Historic Revival
A derelict commercial building was transformed into a safe, modern and functional space while respecting its historic character. Acting as principal contractor, we managed the complete renovation from structural repairs through to the final interior finishes.
Work Delivered
Extensive structural works stabilised and strengthened the building before full refurbishment commenced. The project included new windows and doors, staircase relocation, connection to the adjoining property, and complete electrical, plumbing, plastering, decoration and flooring installations.
APG took a completely derelict building and turned it into a fantastic, modern space while keeping all its historic charm. Managing everything from major structural repairs to the final finishes, their team made the whole restoration effortless for us.
